Well suited for concealed fixing of a stone fireplace

This was purchased to be installed over a limestone fireplace front if cables are behind the The stone fireplace is laid through the wall and through it. We installed a hydraulically lifting TV mount on the outside and above the cabinet, so we needed a way for the wires and cables to run smoothly and retract back into the wall every time we move the mount. A great idea. Poor performance

I wish I had read more reviews about it. This plate and "bezel" combo seemed like the perfect solution to our bedroom cable maintenance problem. The "frame" is like a new working switch box. It was a little tricky getting the screws to move the inner tab to secure it to the drywall, but I was able to get around and immobilize the tab so the screw could be screwed in. Excellent. All cords are laid and trained. only to discover (after much gnashing of teeth) that the mounting screws on the brush…

Easy to install, gets the job done but is slightly cheaper than plastic

Great product and does exactly what I need! Mounts flush to the wall and is a very inexpensive upgrade to reduce cable clutter. My only suggestion/caution is to install all the screws by hand with a screwdriver! The plastic isn't very strong, and using a drill to install the white faceplate, I drilled a screw hole in one of my kits to stop it biting. A small thing that only I will know as guests will never be able to tell, but it's not as solid as a plastic bushing or standard electrical panel.
