Pleasant platform and user friendly

I like how simple it is to navigate as well as add new shipping partners/rates. It’s very easy for our drivers if they do not have access or use this system due in part because of its popularity with other carriers but also that there are options available through multiple sources which makes everything even more seamless! Nothing really though so far just wish you could view each carrier's rates separately instead at one time we were getting overwhelmed trying to see them together when adding…

Pros
  • Its pretty user friendly once signed into, especially compared against all similar logistical software products..but i'd say my least favorite thing overall has got be been finding what certain numbers mean within various areas i don't feel these things should take much effort figuringout (ie price per pound)etc..just keep doing searches until whatever showsup

A must buy if You want efficiency, simplicity & better productivity

The best thing about this product is that it has everything you need for your business in one place. It makes life so much simpler when managing multiple clients. I dislike how sometimes there are problems with loading data from my database to buytaketer but they have an amazing customer service team who can help resolve these issues quickly. BuyTasker was looking for help with their website and conversion optimization so we could bring in new business. They had a good amount of traffic and had multiple products.
