Lightweight but strong enough for long distance travel and racing. No problems so far and as it comes with two it's great value for money. Don't bother buying branded fizzy bottles to save a few grams. Saving a few grams is like cleaning dirt off your bike or going to the bathroom before you ride.

They work well as a regular bottle cage. Just be careful when attaching the holder to the bike. The holder cage is made of metal and the back is made of plastic. The supplied mounting material has no washers. If you only use the supplied screws and over-tighten or apply too much force to the mount, the screw head will break out of the plastic backing and the mount will fall off. It would be better to add a washer to the screws before installing the holders.

These bottle cages are good for beginners or those interested in keeping their bike as light as possible. As the name suggests, they are made of plastic. So be careful when screwing in the bolts at the top of the rack when mounting it on your bike frame. So far so good. I ride a road bike with a regular bottle cage and the bottle stays in place. I can get a compact tool, a tube, 2 tire wrenches and 2 CO2 cartridges.
