Easy to install on the first unit. I hooked it up to the plumbing and it went wrong. Everything started well and after a few minutes the water flow was almost zero. I issued a refund and asked for a replacement (not my best bet). Block 2 was 2 days late but arrived. I installed it and the hot flow was good, cold not as good as hot but better than unit 1. I chose this to replace all the bathroom fixtures in my house. style 5 stars. The quality seems very good and I haven't had any quality issues. The finish is good. I have two problems with these blenders. First, they are unusually loud. I reduced the flow rate by closing the check valves under the sink to the point where they were almost closed.
