I'm all for saving money, and they do exactly that - when they're on sale. They are thinner than branded mats, so some adjustment is required when choosing which material to cut. They also easily break in half. I do not recommend flexing the mat to remove materials from it, but instead use a tool or the mat may break. It's also okay if you can get them for a much lower price. I plan to throw away some of my mats shortly after the project, I use them for this purpose.

I thought you should use Silhouette or Cricket rugs until I saw an ad for it on Amazon and I can tell you - no one else can match this rug! I fell in love with them from the first use! I have been buying this brand instead of cricket rugs for over a year because they were so much cheaper. I use my Cricut for work so my mats get a lot of use. I was very happy with how they worked and held up. I placed my last order and when I removed the protective plastic film most of the adhesive came off. I was a little hesitant to purchase an aftermarket item for my Screamer. I've tried the aftermarket blades offered here at Revain and was disappointed with the quality of the cut, so I was a little concerned that these mats would interfere with the cut. But the mats are great! They have a stronger and longer lasting grip than cricket mats. But it's not powerful enough to rip your content apart when you try to delete it.
