This is a 1-input 2-output Splitter supporting up to 4K resolutions. Please note that this cable is not bi-directional and only adapts a mini-DisplayPort to display Port. Supports- multi-stream transport(mst) which improves multitasking, and increases productivity by configuring the hub to work as a splitter for Same video display, extended desktop viewing, or joining monitors together as one display. The hub is perfect for graphic design, spreadsheet analysis, and digital signage applications. Fully molded connector and housing – nickel plated connector provides resistance to corrosion and molding provides excellent strain relief that ensures superior connectivity and a durable, long life of the product. Power - This hub requires 5V/2a of power. In some instances, additional External power may be required through the USB Micro-B port on the hub. Optional Micro-B power cable available (Part number 27053). Compatibility – This MST hub is DisplayPort 1.2 Compliant. The source device video Card and display must support DisplayPort 1.2 and MST

Disappointing Display Splitter for Computers

As a result of using this product, I found that the image quality was noticeably diminished, particularly on larger monitors. A pro for this splitter is that it is easy to use and set up. However, the cons outweigh any benefits. The splitter does not support audio, which is frustrating for those looking for an all-in-one solution. Overall, I would not recommend this splitter for anyone looking for a quality viewing experience on multiple computers.

What a waste of time and money and now you have another bad review. Why would you try to sell something you know doesn't work as advertised?!?

I don't know how to rate it so I gave it an average rating of

. However, when I tried a different splitter, I found the one that came with the required power cord and was cheaper. Original: The splitter worked for 2 hours, then it didn't work at all, then after a few hours it only worked on 1 screen. He is defective. I had 2 IT guys and they both came to the same conclusion that the splitter was defective. I opened the company's website and saw that the 800 wasn't. It should be # for another country.
