This pulled up training shirt from C9 looks great and is made from quality fabric. and hand (feels softer than most polyester training shirts, almost silky). This is a nice, well-tailored casual t-shirt that I wear on my power walk. This will be my gym shirt when the gym reopens. The fabric stretches well and is comfortable on the body. The subtle pattern on the lining looks super stylish and the fit is just perfect (comparable to my Nike Dri-FIT shirts). I bought the large which initially fit as expected. I'm 5'10", weigh 186 pounds and am fairly 'built' or have a larger athletic build. In general, large shirts are ideal, but some, like this one, have shrunk so much after washing and drying that the shirt shows my stomach slightly when I put my arms up while wearing it.
