When I tried these leggings for my morning jogs, they were game changing. The waistband stays in place and the material is breathable keeping me comfortable throughout my workout. A major plus is that they come in a variety of colors to match any workout outfit. The only downside is that they may be slightly see-through if you don't wear the right underwear. I used to buy Target C9 leggings and liked them because they were long enough for me (I'm 6ft tall). Target no longer wears them and they are NOT the same as the ones Target used to wear. This material is cheaper and thinner and doesn't stretch either. Just one bag instead of two. They aren't as long anymore and definitely don't protect against squats anymore. Don't waste your time with these cheap leggings.
