These are normal cables, they work but the HDMI connector is too loose. it literally fell out of my lg tv and is dangling pretty on all other devices. Since I have a TV on an articulating arm, they fall out every time I move it. In the end I sent them back.

This HDMI cable is thicker than Belkin's ULTRA HIGH SPEED HDMI(2.1) cable, but a lot cheaper. I don't know of any product from 2018 or earlier that requires this HDMI 2.1 version. I have an LG E8 OLED TV and an Apple TV 4K and you don't need this cable to display DOLBY VISION properly. Just make sure you have the latest firmware update for any Dolby Vision product. This cable is more for future TVs and devices.
