I like that they are very responsive to questions throughout our process of raising money for my business (and also helped with all other aspects). They were great at keeping us updated about how things went during fundraise! The only thing was we had some issues getting them paid after their initial contract expired - but it's not because there wasn't anything wrong per se; just communication problems between parties involved in payment processing which is understandable given time differences
