Calbot is an enterprise meeting scheduler helping people from different firms arrange a time for a meeting. Working on transactions, M&As, investments, board meetings and consulting requires many different parties to all come together. Normally, the process of arranging these types of meetings would take hours, if not days, and countless back-and-forth emails between guests, meeting participants and assistants. With Calbot, you can privately and securely bring everyone's availability into 1 unified view from which you will be able to select a gap that works for all meeting participants. Best of all - you don't have to worry about what calendar service other people are using. Just select your participants and Calbot will find the right time for everyone in the group.

Would recommend CALBOTS to anyone looking for Online CRM and Booking System

Easy scheduling (with reminders), easy booking with multiple attendees in one go - both as hosts/guests or just attenders! The only thing I dislike about it at this point are some minor UI issues that could be improved but overall everything works great so far :) We use calbots mostly during our team events where we meet once per month usually around 10 persons each event while planning them beforehand using their online tool which helps us create schedules automatically without any hassle…

Love using CloudBased for all my bookkeeping purposes

I love that we can have multiple calendars set up at once - so scheduling more than one party or event in less time! It does keep track well too which makes it easier when you need access later down. Nothing really but this has been great overall with our business needs because having everything consolidated into 1 spot where everyone knows what's going on saves us tons of headache over emailing each other constantly about who did/didnot show etc.. I like how easy it was to schedule…
