Good product but overpriced. You can get a pound of calcium chloride for less than that. Unless you need to submit this elsewhere on the web via Prime Look, the markup here is ridiculous.

Great for experimenting with Calcium Chloride, Citric Acid, Baking Soda to get lots of gas. Use 2 tsp. CACL and a teaspoon of the other two. Add 10-20 ml. water and observe the result.

We used this to make cheese and I think it worked. Unfortunately there was no leaflet where I recall that this product would harden and become unusable if exposed to air so we couldn't just use it once.
