It gets you out of the trap

It's designed to bounce well in the trap and pull you out if you swing it right. It still takes practice, just like any golf club. It has a wider face and grooves that completely cover the face. I have 60 degrees doing the job. The price is reasonable. I ordered a "used" stick that looked brand new.

Definitely helped my sand play!

Corresponds to the name. I had trouble getting out of sand traps with my old wedge. I went to training with my new Sure Out 2 Wedge and got 4 out of 5 straight away. On my next workout, they climbed out 9 times out of 10. Tried again later in the day and failed 5 out of 5 times. So I am very happy with this purchase. I also found it easy to use for pitch shots.

Easy to make accurate shots at close range

After a few rounds I liked this club. I can get the ball up and control the rollout with a degree of precision. Even with the face wide open, it's pretty accurate. However, if you miss (push the ball) at full speed, the ball will fly away as this racquet is heavy. I don't use this club more than 35/40 yards from the green. I've had good sand trapping results with this stick - I'm 73 and 5ft 10" - this stick fits me just right.

Too many rebounds for my liking

If you read the history of this club, Calloway bought the rights to the old Sure Out club (Hogan or Hagan I don't remember.) I loved that Clubbed and used all over the green, including short grass shots on the flop etc., although it was primarily designed for bunker shots (hence the extremely exaggerated outsole) they pointed out that it was primarily similar to the original in order to assign new grooves to get. The problem is that this new version has significantly more bounce, too much for…
