The vest runs a bit small when I finally found the right size. This is my third purchase from Calvin Klein and I've noticed that the fit is usually small. So my advice is to go up a size. Even if you go up a size, it won't "drape" your baby or make them look bigger than they are. It just ensures you get more wear and tear for your money. While the material is durable, like bio-stretch pants, vests also attract lint, so make sure you have a lint roller with you when you receive them. I have never regretted the purchase!

My son used to have a size 16 waistcoat that I bought in a department store as part of a suit. My son loves the look of the vest (and so do I).
