The box looked like the machine had been opened and used before. There is no adapter for a smartphone, which was stated in the description. I want to get what I paid for - I feel cheated.

Simple design, easy setup, reliable product

Simple design but works very well and is made from durable material. I trust it with my gear and its simple design makes it easy to set up. I like it and am thinking of buying more in the near future.

He holds the camera well

Fine. I had high hopes for its ability to stabilize the camera. It holds camera, lights, microphone, etc. well. However, if you don't adjust anything, you will end up with a lot of shaky video. I'm looking for the best way to stabilize it.

Excellent customer service

So I was just starting out in videography and needed some gear. I had a great DSLR and a small handheld camera and needed the flexibility to set up lights and/or an external mic and recorder. Scorpion EX met my needs. and chose the EX kit as it was cheaper than buying each accessory individually. Each element is well made and designed, but the Flashner connector wasn't quite straight, causing the accessory's wing to "wiggle" to the point where it then buckled. Contacted a Camcaddy customer. and

It is mainly for attaching accessories, it is misleading to call it stabilizing

Be careful what you buy. This is NOT a gimbal or any other device that will make your video smoother than holding it with your hand. The stability of your hands determines the stability of your video. Your hands are shaking, you get a shaky video. The video clip of the rig being balanced on a finger says nothing. Try recording a video with a finger on the rig and it will be awful. This device is most useful for mounting accessories such as a short shotgun microphone or an external recorder on a
