I was skeptical about this. But I'm very glad I tried. I must have tried 4 other braces that gave little relief. It's amazing for pain relief and support.

knee braces have eliminated the shooting pain in my knees so I can walk without a cane. It was a wonderful change. The strap easily fit my old arthritic knees and was comfortable enough to wear for hours.

I suffered from knee pain for over a month. After getting the doctor's diagnosis (runner's knee), I ordered this brace and my knee pain went away after about a week of constant use (including sleeping in it). It worked.

Easy to put on and fits my large and slightly swollen knee. I wear this at home because I have 3 sets of 6 steps that I have to climb regularly throughout the day. The downside is that there are no instructions or information in the box.

They seem to have extra padding on the front which feels better than my previous set of straps. I wear them when I run (every other day) and I find my knees don't hurt like they used to before wearing the bracelets. Fast delivery and competitive cost.

If you have small feet it will be difficult to use even with a smaller strap. This only works for me if I overtighten it. But after a while it gets too crowded and uncomfortable. So you choose what is more important to you at the moment. It may work well for others, but not for me.

I purchased these items for my son who has Osgood-Schlatter Disease. He plays football and needed good support. We bought these and a couple of compression sleeves/braces. He said he didn't care. So if you are looking for a spring for compression bandages. Unfortunately, I also just missed the return window.

I felt like I needed support for my knees. I walk 4-5 miles a day and jog occasionally when I can get onto a soft surface.
