Got this for our small RV a year ago and it's perfect. We have limited shelf and floor space. This pop-up canister can stand on the floor (when the slide is removed), but 99.5% of the time it's on the counter in the corner or in the sink when it's on the go. We use t-shirt size pockets for pads and they fit well. It's just the two of us so we take a bag to the dumpster at night when we walk our dogs. I find it funny that this item is labeled 'mini' even though it is very heavy and large for a car. In your home it would be like a mini trash can, but in a vehicle it could hold most if not all of the family's disposable items for a day trip. I've included an image below.
