Advantages: Very easy to install. I simply unscrewed the old one, replaced the existing washer with this shower head and screwed it on. The water flow is good, I have a good "biting" shower. Possibly the worst designed shower head out there. I replaced an identical RV shower head that had a major flow issue with water only flowing out of the nozzle. Initially this worked, the flow increased BUT on our fourth trip in the van it stopped flowing too. After my original shower head broke in my RV I struggled to find a decent replacement. I've looked through several other models and solutions and found that some of them don't shut off with a valve and others don't have different nozzle options. There are multiple settings for the showerhead itself, including massage, shower massage, and high/low shower settings. Having so many settings helps when the pressure is off at the campsite or when I need to conserve water when using my tanks and pump.
