To be honest I hitch a horse trailer 3 times a week. I thought it would save me time but it was a pain in the ass. The small balls are not fixed on the telescopic rod, but move. In fact, I was less accurate trying to line them up because they were rotating and facing opposite directions. Also, balls are similar to billiard balls, they are not durable. To be honest if you are new to connecting followers this might help. But if you are experienced then it's a waste of money.

WHY HAVE I WAITED SO LONG?!? This is one of the best purchases I've ever made. The photo shows you how easy it is to use and how accurate you can be once you've used it once or twice. The magnets are strong and the telescopic poles work great in line of sight. The adjustable shaft angle is also a nice feature. When I first used it I was only inches from the snake. I lowered my tongue and it hooked perfectly. My only problem is figuring out when the pink and yellow balls are right over the hitch ball and hitch seat. The two times I've used so far I've been 1/2" to 1 1/2" on one side or the other on BOTH.
