BPA Free Water Bottle 32oz by CamelBak Chute Mag - Lava Red Review

I love these chute bottles, I had the previous generation without a magazine and recently bought this one with a magazine. Honestly it's a lot better. Easier to remove the entire lid to fill, easier to clean, easier to use. Love it. Buy one. My only complaint is that they removed the numbered markers on the sides to show you the amount of water. Now there is only one, upstairs.

Freezable, peel-off, BPA-free, tie-down lid Fits perfectly in my insulated MOLLE bottle cage, feels sturdy but can be damaged if dropped while frozen. When I'm out in the field all day, I drink from another bottle first, and after dinner, cold water stays in this bottle. I recommend thinking about bottle cages/methods before deciding on a bottle size.

I am very happy with this water bottle. It is durable, easy to carry, does not leak and easy to clean. I have a 1000ml bottle, about 32 oz. It will not fit in a standard cup holder. Does not fit Ford Escape 2004, Subaru Legacy 2015, WRX 2017, Silverado 2017. Does not fit in the elastic bottle holder on my backpack. It's not a problem for me - I've seen some questions and comments, so I'll share my experience with you.

My last bottle of Camel Back cracked from top to bottom after falling from about waist height onto the sidewalk. Also, it kept leaking. I like this one for its capacity and it still fits in most backpack water bottle pockets. It doesn't fit in my Toyota's cup holder, which is a brake. I hope this holder will live up to CamelBak's need for durability. So far so good that it's easy to clean.

I used this on a recent hike in Baja California Sur, Mexico. It worked great. I liked the magnetic screw on the spout. I also liked the large D handle and attached a carabiner to it to attach to my everyday backpack which worked great. One thing that confused me when ordering is the picture. While I ordered "32 oz" the photo showed 750ml. 1000ml came what I wanted! But the picture must reflect the real product. Totally happy with my purchase and hope it will serve my needs for years to come!
