I've been using this hydration pack for a few weeks now and I'm very pleased with it. Based on my observations, it is comfortable to wear, fits snugly against your back, and has plenty of room for a few extra items. The water storage capacity is also impressive, allowing me to stay hydrated for my entire run without worrying about refilling. The only downside is that it can be a bit difficult to clean.

I bought it as a gift for my wife. We hike moderate trails and mountain bike. This will work fine for both of you. She says it's very comfortable and the lower center of gravity makes it easy to wear all day long.
