Then turn it over, bleed all the air through the hose, which it doesn't.

Bought for long distance running and cycling. I've found that if I fill my bladder all the way there's too much sloshing but if I fill it half full then turn it over sucking all the air out through the hose doesn't bother me, would buy. Again, I got a good deal through Revain Warehouse Deals.

Spartan Beast - Outdoor

I wore this to a 13 mile Spartan Beast run and forgot I had it on. It pulls well and holds more than enough water especially when there are water holes every 2 miles. The bag is big enough to fit a few energy packs and maybe a protein bar. water pressure is good. Removing the bubble can be a bit of a chore, but I'm pretty sure I just have to do it to understand.

Good for. So comfortable

I like it. It's easy no matter how much water I pour. If you need to carry a lot of things, it may be a little small. In my opinion this is for running not hiking. I can fit my phone, some gu, car keys and a few other small things. The bite on the hose is great. I have braces and I was having a hard time biting off my last flap in my big Nathan backpack. This is very soft and flexible and you can extract a ton of water from it. There is only one small pocket on the front. It fits a gu or two.

etc. The pockets are great for carrying snacks, the biggest smartphone, the wallet and I love the small one Key loop to easily find yours πŸ”‘. The rigid plastic handle on the bottle opening makes it easy to pour liquids without spilling them. But be careful when screwing the cap onto the bladder. Make sure it's turned on properly, otherwise it's easy to spill. You might want to do this over the sink as it takes a bit of practice. I also like the adjustable shoulder straps. If it's too long, you…

Great for medium to long runs

Took this on my first long run (11 miles) and was about half full. The backpack fit well and I was able to easily pin it down while running. Three big advantages of this backpack: a large energy reserve. Soft and comfortable fit - does not chafe at all. At the end of the run (2 hours) I didn't even feel it. Finally I didn't have to worry about running out of water. When fully filled it weighs about 7 pounds. In my opinion, if I don't want to worry about running out, it's worth it. Definitely a…

Great running pack, fits hydration packs

The chamber holds 1.5 liters of water and keeps it pretty cold (much colder than the other chamber I've used before). Ultra light design. Has reflective gear. It's a bit narrow (which is perfect for walking). I would also like to add that the amount of water you get out of your bladder with one sip is tremendous. I wasn't sure if the description of more water per sip was true or not, but damn it sure is! There have been some leak reports but I haven't had any issues and have already ridden…

Perfect size for half marathons and short distances

I am a long distance runner and was looking for a good hydration system that is lightweight so I can take it with me on long training runs or races without support and medical facilities. This CamelBak was perfect! I'm small and wanted something that wasn't bulky or heavy. Each pocket has enough space for a phone, key ring, ID card and credit card (if needed) and maybe a small snack or energy gel. When the hydration bladder is full it will limit the space in your bag a bit, but you still have…

So I bought it to help with hydration prep for my first marathon. I have a Nathan water belt that can't carry enough water for longer and longer training runs. Also, I didn't like how much he moved when I ran when I filled the bottles to the max. It was hard. During my first run with this pack, I mentally prepared a 1 star rating. Drops of water ran down my back. I had to fill it up twice in 15 miles and my socks ended up getting soaked from the constant flow. No fun. After confirming that the…
