Very happy with computers and accessories

I use them for WFH call center work. Just plug in and go! No annoying driver or setting adjustments. I also love that the mic is fully articulated and adjustable so it can be close to your face or farther away and positioned to either the right or left! The headphones are large and comfortable. Excellent purchase.

Works well with computer accessories and peripherals

Eliminated feedback distortion due to speakers near the webcam mic by eliminating speakers for zoom usage. The volume is a bit low, but seems to be sufficient. Maybe you just need to learn how to use it. Does what it's supposed to and the recipient shows it's working well.

Great product, especially for the price!

Love these headphones having bought 2 other sets before this one. It's very easy to use and my clients always ask me if I'm there because it blocks out background noise so well! The only downside is that they heat up your ears after wearing them for hours.

Worked fine for 6 weeks - REPLACED NO PROBLEM

I work from home in a call center and they work very well for the price. The ear pads are too small and cause some discomfort. But they worked well enough that I decided to keep them after trying a few others. I had them for about 6 weeks and today they just stopped working. Very disappointing. UPDATE: SELLER CONTACTED AND REPLACED HEADPHONES WITHIN ONE WEEK. NO PROBLEMS AT ALL. VERY HAPPY. JOPE THWAE MUST MUST.

Great headset but watch out for the mic buzz in the status LED version

The headset feels well made and quite solid. Pleasant on the ears and sounds good. The controller is quite heavy, but it comes with a clip you can clip to your shirt so you don't have to tug on your headset. The microphone is good, sensitive and clear BUT it has noise. I tried the headset on 2 laptops and the background issue was present on both. Another Jabra headset I have on the same laptops doesn't hum. The background of the outgoing sound that I have verified by recording with a microphone
