🍬 Candy Gift Box Metal Cutting Dies Package Review

Was glad to get it, wanted to use it for a baby shower but found it difficult to bend to go through the cutter from a heavy medal so it could don't bend straight after the first cut, wasn't sure how to fold it to stay nice?

The clasps on the ends are too short to close the box without damaging the box. Cards aren't flexible enough to close completely when the attachments are so short.

In my opinion this die is of poor quality. The score lines are barely visible on the cardstock once stamped, and there are no score lines to fold each end inward so you can tie the ends with ribbon or twine. Even after you hand-fold the ends, there is a 3/4 inch square hole at each end of the box. The contents must be placed in a plastic bag to avoid falling out of the four holes in this box.

The cutest candy box that can be turned into a popper/cracker once the crackers have been bought to put inside. I prefer to use thicker cardstock with this die as it will fold better along the cut line when putting candy inside. I stuff a small amount of tissue paper to one side and add 1/4 cup M&Ms, brownies, cones, Reese's pieces, etc. I add the mixture, nuts and gummies and put them in small resealable bags. Then attach another small piece of tissue paper to the other end to keep the candies
