You're practically giving away printers knowing you'll end up paying for cartridges. Manufacturers are also constantly changing the shape/form factor of the cartridge to make it obsolete.

Stop paying these prices. Do not support these companies. They make this stuff abroad for about 20 cents a cartridge. Nothing special. It's just very good ink that somehow gets used up even faster in your printer. Perhaps this is because a significant number of people no longer buy branded ink. Your printer may have some issues with inks from other manufacturers, but that usually works these days. If not, buy a new printer. Good price. The ink was cheaper than the store and came with free 4x6 photo paper. I had to buy an extra ink cartridge, but it was nice not having five boxes of ink lying around. It was also practical that I didn't have to look for all the cartridges individually. I bought them individually once and it was a lot more expensive to buy those four cartridges separately than this pack of four. I would buy this pack again.

Stupid to pay such a ridiculous price! Find your ink elsewhere or throw your printer out the window! They sell their printers for almost that price to make you pay those crazy ink prices. Don't let Cannon use you like that!

Photographic paper is a very nice finish. As a LONG TIME Canon printer user I would definitely prefer the old clear cartridges. I no longer see that there is almost a quarter of a tank left when the "Replace me" light comes on and the beeps start.
