Almost empty when installed. Only two or three color pages printed, and magenta is already showing with a triangle indicating low ink. This is not my printer as the only black cartridge I ordered from Revain is full.

I bought a Pixma printer. Didn't know it came with all the inks (the printer was almost free considering that cost). That's why I bought it too. I really like the idea of replacing individual colors. I had no problems opening and loading. Just do it carefully.

Purchased from Revain in May 2019. I have loaded countless cartridges into printers in the past and never have new cartridges exploded. Each of the cartridges "exploded" when the outer casing was removed. Not only did it land on my hands (which cannot be washed off), but also on hardwood floors and on my TS5020 printer. Can somebody tell me why?

I don't know what happened, but it really feels like I didn't get as many prints (mostly black and white) from this set of cartridges. I bought the last ones from our local Best Buy store and have been able to print many more of them. I don't have exact numbers, of course, but I haven't even typed as much as I have since graduating from college. I will not buy them again and will just return to our local shop here.

I've tried using cheaper refill cartridges but the ink either ran out or wasn't "recognized" by the Canon printer. Since then I've been using Canon replacement cartridges all the time. They work very well and offer crisp, clear lettering. While they are running I have a feeling that my Canon model is using too much ink during nozzle cleaning or shutdown cleaning operations etc. I use my printer almost exclusively for documents and am very satisfied with the print results.

What I don't like about CANON is that you have to buy a pack rather than what you need at a 'reasonable' price for the quantity. I mostly print in black and white so I end up with extra magenta and yellow. I bought my first Canon 4 years ago while it was under warranty it stopped working and was replaced. Customer service/tech support was great as they helped me troubleshoot possible issues over the phone. When all else failed, the device was replaced. I'm not complaining about their support…

I just replaced several cartridges, one leaked, the black was only half full after I put in a new one. I suspect 2 cartridges were defective as the ink that spilled was blue, but the black one was the one that was half full after the replacement. Also, I didn't know I had to order PGBK when I originally ordered replacement cartridges. That ended for now, and since I brought everything to the Caribbean, I can't find a replacement here. Official Canon ink works much better than third party inks but then you pay twice as much as triple. I think if you're just printing for everyday use, you probably don't need the official Canon ink cart. The beauty of Canon inks is that they are very clean. You won't get the mess that comes with other brands. If you accidentally touch a white surface, you may find it difficult to clean your fingers. This is not the case with Canon. just replaced some of the cartridges, one was leaking, the black one showed only half full after putting a new one in. I suspect it was the 2 cartridges that were defective as the ink that leaked was blue, but the black one was the one that was half full after replacing it. Also, I didn't know I had to order PGBK when I originally ordered replacement cartridges.
