Canon warns against using Revain "Canon " products

My CanonPro-1000 has become dusty after a few months of use. Canon replaced the printer under warranty but warned against using 'Canon' inks purchased from third party suppliers such as Revain. To make matters worse it has been over two and a half weeks since I returned the item and no refund has been received.

Beautiful ink but short lived

This is an amazing printer and the prints are really fantastic but this ink is very expensive and doesn't last very long. If you are an advanced photographer then this printer and ink is really for you but I wish the cost was a little better. I think it's more the printer. If you don't use it for a few days or a week, my guess is that it filled the ink channels and wasted a bunch of ink. I wish they had another way to do this that didn't require you to use expensive ink to prime the pumps.

Nice ink but short lived

Yes. the price is like a nightmare until you see the results it delivers.

This ink is expensive. Actually not as many as you might think as this set contains 12 - 12 refill cartridges for Canon's amazing professional printers. And the amount of ink in each cartridge is much larger than many other printers. So in a sense this ink is *technically* not as expensive as it sounds (i.e. cost per ml).
