Small size. I'm 5'1" and 250 pounds. I bought a medium size. It was so tight (cut off blood supply) I could barely squeeze into it. So I sent it back and bought a large size. not tight (or loose) looks great and stays in place.

I had to return small, then medium, and finally settled on large, although I feel it is tight. I've used this for aerial photography and had a pinch even though I'm only 34C which is BIG. If you're taller than me, start with XL.

Ordered large, bright blue based on reviews. Build: 5'7", 145 lbs, heavier bottom, smaller top (small B cup). Blue is comfortable, as in the model's photo. Good quality fabric. Size does not fit. Like, EXTREME. But it oddly worked in my favor lol my 4 year old who wears a 5t fit. Used it for my Dad and Me photo shoot and it looked amazing. Would I buy this product again? For a child yes. For an adult? I wouldn't trust the sizes. But it's beautiful!

I am putting together a suit and was hoping that the stretch would make it fit my large hourglass figure better than any bodysuit I could find. I think it will work!
