This is a nice little crimping tool but I wouldn't recommend it for cupronickel lines as they are too soft for that. It took me 15-20 torches to leak-free the line. My ends were PERFECT. cut with a pipe blade, deburr and deburr the end. The flare fitting (double flare) looked fine, but I can see that the end of the tube twisted when the die was screwed on. This item is amazing. I don't understand how someone who can follow simple instructions can't deploy a brake line. Trust me, if you can't get this tool to work then you shouldn't be working on something as important as brakes. It is so easy. Cut and deburr the sleeves on your fitting, tab side down.
