I love this dry shampoo. I read a few reviews before buying and I agree that the packaging of the "salt shaker" seems a bit strange at first, but the product suits me so it doesn't bother me. I wash my hair every 3-4 days. I have to say that it depends on what climate you live in. When I lived in Colorado it worked better and lasted longer in drier climates. Now I live in PNW where the humidity is higher and I can't stay between them for that long. The product is of good quality and smells good. A little goes a long way and well worth the money compared to what you get in aerosol cans. Highly recommended.

It really works. Well (for dark hair). I used a towel to apply first and it was painful as I applied a little to one part of the towel and rubbed it into the oily strands which was pulling on the other strands (which was painful). I use it on my elderly neighbor's hair and she has very fine hair so this powder differs in that it's sometimes "clumpier" ( almost grainy) appears. ) and not as pleasant a scent as I am used to from their spray. I have to shake it out and rub it in more on my hand to really feel the product on my fingers. She doesn't like the "cold" spray on her hair, but the spray is much thinner and seems to stick to her hair better, giving her hair a nicer/cleaner comb.

The smell isn't my favorite but you get used to it quickly. I have fine blonde hair and this is my favorite dry shampoo. It lasts forever and my hair doesn't feel rough or charged like many other dry shampoos. I can go 3-4 days without a problem without washing my hair, which I haven't been able to do with any other I've tried.

This dry shampoo smells like a very old female fart. This will give you migraines and won't get rid of the stench for more than 24 hours.
