Disappointing Performance of a Router Bit

After trying this product, I was extremely disappointed with its performance. Despite its high price, this router bit failed to make clean cuts and constantly produced tear-out on my workpiece. The only positive aspect was its durable materials. However, this does not compensate for its subpar performance.

Pros
  • Durable materials
Cons
  • Poor cutting performance

Exactly what I needed!

I do CNC milling, mostly plywood or maple, it's usually very difficult to keep the edges clean. Welcome Align Carbide, Down Cut Router Bit, it worked great the first time I had to do minimal grinding which saved me a ton of time.

Pros
  • ⭐ Align Carbide Cutters are ideal for cutting wood, plywood, MDF and other wood materials, plastics.
Cons
  • No instructions

So far it's cutting well.

I've had this end mill for about a week now and have been cutting some pieces of Baltic Birch. I haven't cut any hardwoods before, but the finish on these sheets was great. Using this on my Shapeoko CNC router with a Makita router. No complaints. I like the 1 inch groove length. Finally, let me smooth out the thicker material to the full depth.

Pros
  • ⭐ Industrial quality, ideal for CNC router tables, handheld and portable desktop routers.
Cons
  • High Price
