I love that card writers can upload their own designs & layouts before they write my message for me! This is such an awesome feature because we are able to get our messages out so quickly with minimal effort from us (the customer). Also being connected directly through Facebook Messenger makes reaching customers even easier!! The most useful thing is that I can create my own templates with different colors for each occasion (birthday vs thank-you). It's also very fast when creating an account from mobile devices! There are some minor glitches such us not being able to delete all fields at once but overall everything works perfectly fine so far!! I love that there is an option for people who are not able to write their own hand written letter but still want them sent out! It's very helpful if your busy with other things like work etc so this saves time which can be crucial when trying get something done quickly!
