Great Automotive Water Pump!

Based on my experience, this water pump is a great replacement part for my cooling system. The installation process was smooth and the quality of the remanufactured product is impressive .The pump has been running flawlessly since I installed it and has kept my engine cool even on the hottest days. The only con is the price but I would rather pay a little extra for a reliable product than have to replace it again in the near future. Overall, I highly recommend this product for any automotive…

Pros
  • High-quality remanufacturing process ensures reliable performance
Cons
  • Some users have reported issues with the pump leaking

Luckily I'm a mechanic.

This pump is exactly the same as my 1984 Mazda B2000 pump. The problem was with the large fitting on the lower radiator pipe. It had a thick neck casing that interfered/chafed the lower crankshaft pulley. I solved this problem by sanding it down a bit with my hand sander until I had the required pulley clearance. I assume this works as it should. Compared to my old water pump, I expect the new pump to last a long time.
