Excellent quality at Skullies & Beanies

Comfortable fit, good quality but also available elsewhere for less. Shop around for the price but definitely a recommended product.

I have never been disappointed with a Carhartt product to date

To date I have never been disappointed with a Carhartt product. This hat is cheaply made. It can't be a Carhartt cap. There is a Carhartt logo on the lid, which is only intended to deceive the buyer. The cap is most likely made in China. The Carhartt cap I bought 8 years ago was made out of a thick, heavy and durable material. The cap I got from Revain can be easily found at your local dollar store. It was a waste of time.

Pros
  • Good stuff
Cons
  • Mostly good but...

AT THIS PRICE YOU CAN'T BUY IT

So my wonderful winter wool knitted hat that has served me faithfully for many years is finally starting to fall apart. I couldn't find anything to replace it. I love Carhartt stuff, I live in Carhartt artist pants so, as described, I decided to buy "Carhartt-Acrylic Watch Cap-Black Branded Winter Ski Hat, Beanie". That pretty much speaks for itself. I thought a $40 Carhartt knit hat was supposed to be pretty good, but it was so nondescript I didn't even bother to take it out of the plastic…

Pros
  • The best in its niche
Cons
  • Not everything fits
