🧢 Carhartt Rugged Professional Cap for Men Review

I have a really big head (especially for a girl) and I often have a hard time finding hats that fit me and look really good. It fits me perfectly and at such a good price! I'm excited!

I have a large head. I don't fit many hats. I like that it has a deeper fit but not too low. Everyone's head is different, but if you have a large head this might work for you.

I'm always skeptical when it comes to buying hats online but given the trusted brand and some good reviews here I decided on this one. I have a large head (hat 7 5/8 + long hair) and this hat fits me. There is no trucker cap bulge on the front + there is still an option to make the cap size smaller or larger.

They supply 2 different versions of this cap. The first one I received is great with a durable canvas material but the second one is very thin and lower quality. Be careful when ordering and check immediately upon receipt. I really like the higher quality version of this so ordered a second one and then found out why some of the reviews are complaints about inferior caps being shipped. I'm not even sure if the seller is actually Carhartt, to be honest.

I bought this particular hat a few years ago and it is definitely Carhartt quality. So I decided on another one, assuming the new one would be exactly the same as my old one. Absolutely not. I agree with other reviews that say the material and overall quality has changed. It's thin and not made of canvas material like the old version. This lightweight fabric material looks the same as it feels. Cheap. I don't recall ever returning Carhartt for quality issues, but this one should come back.

Ugly useless hat. I bought a black one maybe a year ago, great hat, I liked it. It was simple, had a strong solid style. So my black faded and just got old. I want a new hat. I like the name Carhartt. I work in construction. I ordered the blue one, what a waste, the packaging it came in was for paper documents, they just clogged the hat. I first received this hat in March 2018 when it was sent to me in place of the Sandstone hat. I liked it so much that I kept it. He had a plain black face with a little spot on the side just like this one. EXCEPT!
