Most importantly - my problem with others I've had was a gap - a terrible gap - between the bottom and the edge so all

Does the job. Most importantly - my issue with the others I've had was a gap - a horrible gap - between the floor and the edge so all the dirt goes UNDER the dustpan and stays on the floor rather than in the dustpan and into the dustpan to get garbage. . It doesn't seem to be happening with this one. It sits flush with the floor so dirt goes where it belongs!

I would recommend it to anyone who has a hard time bending over.

Everything corresponds to the description. This works really well for people who for some reason can't bend down to hold a regular shovel. They leave no annoying streaks of dirt behind. It took several tries before I emptied it. I would recommend it to anyone who has a hard time bending over with a regular dustpan. I was disappointed that FedEx left it in front of my garage (not attached to my house) instead of putting it on my porch. It was a very light package, but it was uncomfortable toโ€ฆ

I want to love this product but I can't.

Two problems and I only took it out of the box a few minutes ago. First, it was delivered to the wrong address. I was supposed to be here on the 6th but I only received it today the 12th. The next problem is that it's bent. Straight out of the box and it no longer works properly. What good is a vertical dustpan if all the dust goes right under the dustpan? When I use it I still have to go down with another shovel to pick up anything it doesn't pick up because it's a big kink in the pan.
