Carlisle 4014600 Sparta Bristle Diameter Review

This is a very high quality brush and I would give it 5 stars if there wasn't a problem. The photo made me think it came with a pen, but that's not the case. After re-reading the description it is mentioned correctly but I still think the picture is misleading.
