Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice, this product is poorly designed and difficult to clean. The compartments are too small for standard dish sizes and often lead to breakage when attempting to fit plates and bowls. I have used this shelf successfully in my (non-commercial) Bosch dishwasher. I used ropes to attach the duplo blocks to the 4 corners of the post to raise it just enough for the water collar to rotate. It saved me an hour washing my hands when we had a large group for dinner on Christmas Eve. Worth every penny!
