Based on my observations, these amino acid capsules have greatly improved my sports performance in just a few weeks .They seem to be working wonders FOR my energy levels and muscle recovery. I love this product

I like this product because of the capsule size. I can't swallow the giant dry tablets that most lysine products are. I have reordered this product several times and will continue to do so.
