how can i give zero stars? Even though it's a generic brand, it specifically states that these cartridges are for Epsom 100 employees, but my printer doesn't recognize them, so I can't use them. I leave at 40.00!

I don't print very often. I have used expensive manufacturer inks in the past and generally they worked well. The problem with these inks is that after days/weeks of not printing they will dry out and cause clogs and require a lot of cleaning, alignment, etc. checks. It takes time, wastes ink, paper and maintenance box. This is likely to be more expensive overall than just using the manufacturer's ink. Excellent value for money. I got 5 cartridges for the price of 1. I had to restart the printer a few times to reset it as instructed to accept the cartridge, but it was an easy process. Overall I was very satisfied and will order more.

I have an Epson Workforce WF 100. The color cartridge is working fine so far but the black cartridge is not. I disabled it and it's still not compatible with my printer. I ordered original Epson cartridges and now the black one is working fine again.

I like that there is a cartridge case where old cartridges can be returned and refurbished. I think this was the best deal for my money and the print quality is very good.

This product is TERRIBLE and expensive for what you get. I followed all the instructions and installed black ink. It doesn't print at all. It's like using a worn, dry pen. It also prints in lines. I did everything for my printer to fix the lines, it's a cartridge not my printer! I'm so upset with this purchase and it's too late to return! I'm glad I spent so much money on this crap.

Just put in a new cartridge last week @ and it says it won't register on our printer. Tried everything from rebooting to deleting parts etc. Nothing seems to fix the connection. I couldn't use the printer now because I had to buy more ink even though I had some ink left over. Very frustrating.

Don't buy this crap! As soon as I put in a cartridge after my old one ran out, I couldn't print a single page! I want my money back.
