Inaccurate description

The bad review is not due to the product itself which is good but the description that says it is a "medium hard" wax. It is actually the softest wax sold by this brand as stated right on the label. How difficult is it to correctly represent the product you are selling when the packaging literally says what it is? If you're looking for a medium or hard wax, don't buy this one.
