Good workmanship overall but if you have a mouse with a light and thin cable it's almost useless to you. Supplied flat and easy to assemble. It sits firmly on my glass table. It's a little smaller than expected, but doesn't suffer from it. I use a fairly high mouse sensitivity so I don't move the mouse cable too much, but it keeps my cable secure and makes me feel like I'm using an almost wireless mouse. Great value for money and if you don't like it it's stylish enough in its box to make a good gift.

After setting this thing up I really liked it, but the problem I had was getting the cable set up properly. Maybe it was my mouse, but the Logitech G402 cable was difficult to install in a way that I wasn't sure if it would work. I am assuming this item and my mouse are permanently connected as I have no idea how to disconnect the cable from it without damaging it.

Comes with a heavy base that's probably enough to hold the bungee in place. Optional rubber feet are included if you really want to attach the base to a hard surface. I used to use tape to secure the mouse cable but it looked poor and still got in the way at times but after that the cable stays up so my mouse doesn't move when I throw them and my table looks neat. It comes in two parts, so all you have to do is connect them together. It might look like you can break it, but it's actually pretty durable.

I bought this mainly for the cable management aspect and to see if my mouse would feel like a wireless mouse. It actually helped and made it easier to move the mouse, but it won't blow your mind. If your cable has been managed to drag across the table and make movement uncomfortable, I'd recommend that, but if your mouse movement doesn't seem to change, then you don't get it.
