High Price, Poor Quality, Terrible Sound.

Based on our own experience, this product WAS a huge disappointment .While it may look sleek and sophisticated, the electronics within are subpar. The sound quality is terrible making it near impossible to conduct successful phone meetings. The only positive aspect is the ease of use that comes with being POE based. Overall, we would not recommend this product..

Pros
  • Streamlined and easy-to-use design
Cons
  • Reliability

Rated from 1 star to 4 and then back to 2!

LAST CHECK 09/17/2020 The speakerphone just doesn't work. Everyone complains that they cannot be used because of the poor sound quality. Normally the sound is just distorted. Then it happens to be clear, but then it gets super loud on the listeners' side. They accuse you of screaming. I upgraded all ethernet cables to category 6 and hooked up 1G service so I've ruled out the internet as a problem. This is a hardware or firmware issue. I have to pull out the Jabra 510 to use the speakerphone…

Pros
  • Phones and accessories
Cons
  • I vaguely remember
