📀 Maxell CD Laser Lens Cleaner: Microfiber Brushes + Instructions for Effective Cleaning Review

This is the second negative review I have written on Am.prod. It was not printed, although it did not violate any usage rules. I would like to add that I have provided many free reviews and they have all been flagged on your site. Also, I returned this item via UPS over 10 days ago and have not received a refund. If you only want positive feedback from your customers, please. Don't ask me for feedback on your products. I find your policy of not using negatives disgusting.

I bought this product to clean CD and DVD lenses. The instructions are almost illegible (translation problem) so I had to put up with that, but having used similar products before I gave it a try. I put the liquid you were given on the brushes on the disc and put it in my DVD player. It made an awful noise and after a few minutes the screen came up but nothing that would have allowed me to clean the player. The disc was very easy to use. A protective disc sleeve covers the back, instructions are written on the back saying: insert the disc, follow the voice instructions and skip to track III, track III is listed as "You're Done". I inserted my disc but the instructions were unreadable due to a dirty laser lens.
