The ability to use it all, from basic service tests through advanced troubleshooting scenarios. It's easy enough that even my non-technical coworkers can figure out how to do things with this software! There are some features I'd like to see added in future releases but nothing major at present. We've used cdrouter since 2008 as our primary testing tool.
