The stockings were for my five year old and they fit perfectly. They're thick enough to wear with dance shoes, but not too thick. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was that straight out of the box there was a hole in the seam area. Due to the tightness of the stockings they didn't run so I'll be using them for a few weeks before ordering again.

These tights were very good in the packaging. They were a nice light green color and seemed thick so they weren't transparent. When I put them on they fit well and were not see through. However, my daughter wore them as a Halloween costume and they ripped after a few hours. She didn't use Velcro around her or a rough house. Disappointed with the quality, maybe they are more suitable for older girls.

It's odd that "transparency" has a star rating because they're supposed to be opaque so I'd take the lowest stars but it would look poor. My clarity rating is based on the fact that they are opaque and opaque. My opacity rating might be 4 stars as I wish the tights were a little thicker. If my daughter were a little taller, she wouldn't be so light and opaque. I assumed the color would be darker than the photo so it wasn't what I expected but the blue really was that light and the exact shade…
