My two main concerns are not being able to plug my headphones in during a phone call and the sound quality when I use it with the extra cable in my car, the audio crackles and becomes blurry and sometimes takes a long time to connect. They just don't play well with Apple devices.

It worked fine for a few minutes, but then I put the phone in my pocket and walked around calmly before noticing the music in the headphones had stopped to play. I looked to see what had happened and the flash part of the adapter was bent like some sort of load had been placed on it which was surprising considering I didn't bend it in any way. At this point I thought the adapter was gone so I tried to salvage it by bending it back into place but it broke off. I would not recommend this product…

This is very annoying. I wanted to save money and plastic and use my old Apple headphones instead of buying new ones. I ended up getting them separately in a huge airy package (at least I can use it again) and two connectors that are really useless. It is almost impossible to fully insert the headphone jack into the jack. I had to use brute force, lots of swearing, and a table, and risked damaging the headphone cable. The iPhone jack does not feel good. The volume is terrible, I can't change it
