I have tried all three in the pack and have tried multiple headsets on multiple phones. iPhone does not recognize that you have plugged in headphones for use during phone calls. They seem to work well for normal sound when playing music. (at least 2 out of 3). I compared to the Apple certified jack and it recognizes both headphones perfectly. The problem is with these plugs. I will return them.

Simply put, it was rubbish to begin with. My Apple broke after years of use. Connect one of them and it only works on one side of the car. Pull it out halfway and it works in all modes except Ultra Low as it's not plugged in and doesn't connect reliably. That's it, you have to keep going. It's poorly designed and clearly untested. I mean look at the reviews. My broken one works better and clearer than all of these. I went ahead and ordered an apple. Don't waste your money and time on this…

It definitely replaces the Apple dongle, but it's much larger and not compatible with the Apple headphone security setting. Definitely louder than 75 decibels and gave me a headache.
