Great tool with tons capabilities: Certiphi Background Screening

The ability to create alerts and notifications is great. It allows you to set up your own rules and thresholds so it can be customized to fit your needs without having to rely heavily on IT for support. This product is expensive compared to some of its competitors. If you are looking for a customizable solution that will allow you to monitor many different aspects of your business from one location, then this is an excellent product to consider.
