So I'm an adult with psoriasis and I use it and my skin is much softer and healthier. I recommend using it after a bath or shower. It's unflavored, it feels a bit greasy probably because of the shea butter, but that's because it works. Definitely the best lotion (maybe even better than cetaphil cream).

I bought this cream hoping to find a cheaper cream to treat my 2 year old son's eczema. This lotion works wonders! Our 2 month old had a pretty bad reaction to Johnson's baby soap/lotion. He had red, irritated, dry, scaly skin all over his body.
